09.00: Apertura del Seminario.
Intelligence is a complex service that
is responsible for the Collection, Analysis and Exploitation of Information
in support to a major Organization such as a Country, an Agency or a
Corporation; Indeed, Intelligence is a very Strategic Service and requires
advanced capabilities considering that is an activity usually carried out in
intense Collaboration & Competition with many other Players over very
valuable Assets, often dealing with most important Values and, sometime, even
own survival. Intelligence evolved over the years using the best of the best
in terms of Skills, Capabilities and Technologies in order to play what
Kipling was used to define the “Big Game” readapting the “Grand Jeu”
introduced by Noël du Fail seigneur de La Hérissaye, 5 centuries ago. In the
“Big Game”, the innovative use of Strategic Engineering is for sure a major
advantage and it is fundamental to be able to tailor and to design solutions
to these problems. Therefore, the most important aspect is still to prepare
People able to play the Game and use their talent, motivation, enthusiasm and
preparation to guarantee the success.The title “Analysis is Citizenship”
overstresses this concept, pointing out that by carrying out these Analysis
you guarantee the Status of your Institution as well as your own Citizenship.
